Note:
Bohrod was influenced by the Social Realism of his teachers, John Sloan and Boardman Robinson. Throughout the 1930’s and 1940’s, he exhibited at the Associated American Artists, the NAD and at the Oehlschlager Gallery in Chicago. His subjects which ranged from urban scenes to military views are represented in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Metropolitan Museum, the Whitney Museum and the Cranbrook Academy.
