Curbside Pick Ups
We are however, pleased to provide safe options for curbside pick up of your purchased items. Please note that health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.

Unfortunately, we are not able to invite our clients to in-person previews of our auctions at this time.
But as always, we are happy to provide additional photographs, detailed information or condition reports via email or video, and are always pleased to connect over the telephone.
Client site visits
For the duration of the restrictions in Toronto, we are pausing visits to clients’ homes or offices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but believe this is in all of our best interest.
We are pleased to connect with you by telephone or over video to discuss items you maybe considering for consignment, or to provide additional information about a current auction.
What We’re Doing
As requested by health authorities, we are staying at home as much as possible. Our onsite skeleton staff adheres to strict guidelines, which include:
- Wearing masks
- Physical distancing
- Frequent handwashing
- Completing a Health Declaration upon arrival at the office
- Disinfecting common areas immediately following use
- Providing detailed safety protocols when arranging pick ups
What we ask you to do
Please also be aware that due to some of the precautions we are required to observe, we are not always able to accommodate your requests for immediate pick ups. Our staff are working hard to meet your requests within a safe and manageable environment.
